Currently, the company’s main operations involve providing plastic components for renowned domestic and international e-cigarette brands, while also covering areas such as 3D printers, TWS earphones, and smart home devices. Leveraging its strengths in mold development and practical experience in injection molding, the company can address various challenges in product injection molding and provide systematic solutions. The company possesses 80 high-precision injection molding machines, ranging from 60T to 480T, from brands such as Fanuc and Sumitomo. Mold processing equipment includes Sodick mirror EDM machines, Mitsubishi ultra-high precision wire-cutting machines, ROKU-ROKU high-precision CNC machining centers, and Mitsui ultra-precision surface grinders. Precision inspection equipment includes Zeiss coordinate measuring machines, Nikon tool microscopes, Nikon optical projectors, and OGP ZIP2.5 measuring systems. The injection molding workshop operates as a closed cleanroom with strict standardized management, while also emphasizing the training and development of employees' skills, quality awareness, and safety consciousness.
